Perched above the action, this sun-drenched space offers a cozy, lodge-like vibe with expansive forest views through wall-to-wall windows.   The Mezzanine provides a semi-private 'cabin in the woods' feel that your guests will love.  

The Mezzanine is our most versatile space, perfect as a standalone rental for medium-sized groups or as a 'breakout' lounge when booked with our Main Lounge or Fireplace Lounge.   With flexible seating for up to 60 guests, ample natural light for daytime meetings, and a comfortable lounge area for coffee breaks, it’s the ideal spot for teams looking to 'branch out' from the traditional boardroom.

As our second-largest venue, the Dining Hall at Mingles offers a fantastic blend of space, flexibility, and atmosphere.   Nestled between the Members Lounge and the Fireplace Lounge, it provides an ideal setting for both large and small gatherings. Whether you're hosting a casual get-together 

or a more formal event, this space can be perfectly tailored to meet your needs.

The Dining Hall features a liquor license for up to 188 guests, making it perfect for high-capacity events. While the hall usually features picnic tables for a relaxed, casual feel, the seating is highly adjustable to suit the vibe of your specific event. Step back into the 1960s in our most storied and authentic space.  The Fireplace Lounge is the soul of the HVHSA chalet, offering a true vintage ski-lodge atmosphere that hasn't lost an ounce of its original charm.   With its signature stone hearth  and a liquor license capacity for up to 100 guests,and warm wood-paneled walls, this room is more than just a lounge—it’s a piece of Muskoka history.


While it captures the nostalgic "après-ski" vibe perfectly, the Fireplace Lounge is a functional powerhouse for today’s events.   It is a favourite for corporate retreats, small meetings, and specialized training sessions looking for a break from the standard boardroom.

 Planning an outdoor ceremony in the forest? 

The Fireplace Lounge serves as the ultimate weather-backup ceremony room.  If the "Green Season" rain rolls in, your guests can transition seamlessly into this warm, light-filled space, ensuring your "I dos" happen against a backdrop  of historic stone and fireplace.


Directly accessible from the Dining Hall, the Fireplace Lounge can be used as a private, standalone suite or combined with any other room in the chalet to expand your footprint. Perfect for intimate dinners, cocktail hours, or focused workshops.
